Bruno Campos

Lead Home Inspector

Bruno Campos joined HouseMaster Home Inspections in 2021 and has completed more than 1,000 residential inspections throughout Central Florida. Originally from Brazil and fluent in both Portuguese and English, Bruno is known for his outstanding communication skills, helping homebuyers and homeowners clearly understand a property's condition and make informed decisions with confidence throughout the real estate transaction.

Bruno brings extensive hands-on experience in residential construction, including flooring installation and removal, water damage assessment, moisture-related repairs, and general building maintenance. Licensed Home Inspector, licensed Termite/WDO Inspector, and more.

Bruno lives in the Orlando area with his wife and their two young children. Outside of work, he enjoys building, restoring, and repairing lowrider vehicles. His passion for mechanics, fabrication, and hands-on problem-solving reflects the same technical curiosity and craftsmanship he brings to every inspection.

Adrian Taricco

Lead Home Inspector

Adrian Tarico joined HouseMaster in 2016 and brings more than 15 years of inspection experience to the team, with over 5,500 homes inspected. Originally from Argentina and fluent in Spanish, Adrian is licensed in mold assessment and termite/WDO inspections and is trusted for delivering accurate, thorough, and reliable evaluations that help protect his clients’ investments. Adrian has built a strong reputation among homebuyers, homeowners, and real estate professionals. His background in IT and technology gives him a strong technical mindset and helps him leverage modern inspection tools and systems effectively in the field. Adrian lives in Hollywood, Florida, and is the proud father of one daughter. Outside of inspections, he enjoys home improvement projects and staying connected to the latest technology and innovations.

Ronier Ponce

Lead Home Inspector

Ronier Ponce brings more than 20 years of inspection experience to HouseMaster, with over 5,000 homes inspected throughout South Florida. Born in the United States to a Cuban family and fluent in Spanish, Ronier is licensed in mold assessment and termite/WDO inspections and is also a Certified Level II Thermographer. Known for his professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to clearly explain findings to clients, Ronier has earned the trust of homebuyers, homeowners, and real estate professionals alike. His thorough and practical approach helps clients better understand the condition of the property and make informed decisions with confidence. Ronier lives in North Miami, Florida, and is the proud father of four children. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and traveling to Orlando whenever possible.

Lucas Killian

Lead Home Inspector

Lucas Killian brings more than 18 years of residential inspection experience to the HouseMaster team, having worked with several leading home inspection companies throughout his career. He performs a full range of inspection services, including home inspections, mold assessments, termite/WDO inspections, drone roof inspections, and other specialized services offered by HouseMaster. His extensive field experience, technical knowledge, and attention to detail help clients clearly understand a property's condition and make informed decisions.

Lucas lives in Broward County, Florida. Outside of work, he enjoys surfing, playing volleyball, fishing, and spending time at the beach. His active lifestyle and passion for learning reflect the professionalism and dedication he brings to every inspection.

Melina Michkin

Client Care Coordinator

Melina joined HouseMaster in 2019 and serves as the Client Care Coordinator, supporting clients from scheduling through inspection completion. Originally from Argentina and fluent in English and Spanish, she is known for her warm communication style, attention to detail, and dedication to creating a smooth and stress-free experience for homeowners, buyers, and agents.

Melina plays an important role in keeping daily operations organized while ensuring clients always feel informed, supported, and cared for throughout the inspection process. Her professionalism and positive attitude have made her a trusted point of contact for both clients and team members. Melina has two children and resides in Weston, Florida. Outside of work, she enjoys painting, arts and crafts, and spending quality time with her family.

Gisette Gonzalez

Client Care Coordinator

Gizette Gonzales joined HouseMaster Home Inspections in 2022 after working for many years with the company's previous owner, bringing extensive industry knowledge and valuable experience to our team. As Client Care Coordinator, she supports clients from scheduling through inspection completion, ensuring a smooth, organized, and responsive experience for homeowners, buyers, and real estate professionals. Known for her professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly communication style, Gizette is a trusted point of contact who helps keep daily operations running efficiently while providing exceptional customer service.

Gizette lives in the Orlando area with her family. She is the proud mother of four sons and an even prouder grandmother. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and creating lasting memories with her grandchildren.

Cesar Costa

Owner / Trainer / Home Inspector / Level II Thermograher

Cesar Costa joined HouseMaster in 2016 and brings extensive hands-on experience to every inspection. He is a licensed Home Inspector, Mold Assessor, Pest Control Operator, FAA-certified drone pilot, Florida CE educator, course writer, Certified Level II Thermographer, drain camera inspector, and advanced pool inspection specialist.

Known for his leadership, training skills, and commitment to quality and safety, Cesar focuses on helping homebuyers and homeowners make confident, informed decisions. He has also helped pioneer the integration of advanced AI technology into the inspection process, bringing innovation and better tools for Realtors and buyers through faster, clearer, and more interactive reporting. Cesar is married, has two children, and lives in Cooper City, Florida. Outside of work, he enjoys kitesurfing, golf, playing piano and drums, and cheering for the University of Michigan Wolverines.

Throughout my career with HouseMaster, I have focused on two commitments. The first is education. Whether teaching buyers during an inspection or providing free continuing education classes for real estate professionals, my goal is to communicate clearly and help people understand not only what we found, but why it matters. To date, I have trained more than 7,000 Realtors, helping raise professional standards throughout the industry.

The second is innovation. I pushed the development of an AI-powered home inspection platform now being deployed throughout HouseMaster. It allows our inspectors to deliver real-time reports, giving buyers answers before they leave the property, helping agents create repair requests instantly, and providing clients with a smarter, more interactive inspection experience.
