Choose your home inspection and add the services that matter for your property, such as WDO, mold testing, sewer scope, pool inspection, 4-point, wind mitigation, infrared thermography, or new construction inspection.
Your inspector reviews visible conditions, explains the major concerns, and helps you understand what matters for safety, insurance, repairs, and more. Instead of leaving with a confusing 80-page report, you get clear explanations of what matters, what repairs may involve, and potential costs—so you leave the inspection with answers, not questions.
You receive an organized, photo-supported PDF report plus a dynamic, interactive link where you can filter, select, and organize findings. With our AI-supported reporting, buyers and Realtors can get answers and make faster, better-informed decisions right at the inspection.

Real estate deadlines in Orlando are short. Our AI-supported reporting system helps our inspectors organize photos, comments, limitations, and findings during the inspection.
The inspector’s judgment still drives the report. The technology helps reduce delays, improve organization, and make the information easier for buyers and Realtors to use.

More inspection services, all under one roof. Our team holds additional licenses and specialized qualifications for mold, WDO/termite, infrared thermography, pool, drain line, drone, and other specialty inspections—so you can avoid unnecessary vendors, extra scheduling, and added confusion during the transaction.

A 4-point inspection reviews pre-existing conditions on the roof, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems for insurance approval.

A wind mitigation inspection documents qualifying wind-resistant features that may help reduce insurance premiums.

WDO (Termite) inspections help identify visible evidence of termites, beetles, and rotten wood.

Help identify the possible presence of mold (sometimes under cabinets, behind the dishwasher, or a/c ducts, etc.

Sewer scope inspections can identify costly problems on drain lines (not visible at all!)

Pool leak analysis can identify hidden water leaks.

Infrared can provide additional information about moisture intrusion and overheating on electrical panels

A water quality test analyzes a private well water sample for contaminants, bacteria, nitrates/nitrites, and lead.

Evaluates accessible underwater conditions and helps identify when structural repairs, sealing, or other corrective work may be needed.
New construction does not mean problem-free. Orlando, Lake Nona, Winter Garden, Horizon West, St. Cloud, Davenport, Clermont, and Minneola all have active new construction markets where buyers benefit from independent inspection before final acceptance. We Provide:
Pre-drywall inspections
Final new construction walkthrouth
11-month builder warranty inspections
These inspections help identify visible installation issues, incomplete work, safety concerns, drainage concerns, attic conditions, roof concerns, HVAC issues, plumbing defects, and electrical concerns before the builder warranty period expires.

HouseMaster provides a verbal summary during or shortly after the inspection and delivers the written PDF report the same day.
While Florida insurance companies traditionally require a 4-point inspection for older homes, we increasingly see underwriters requesting them for almost all property types. Because of this, we strongly recommend adding a 4-point inspection to your standard home inspection. This specialized report documents the condition of the roof, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems for your insurance provider. If any deficiencies are found, they typically must be corrected prior to closing.
A wind mitigation inspection may help document wind-resistant features of the home, including roof covering, roof deck attachment, roof-to-wall connections, opening protection, and other qualifying items. When accepted by the insurance carrier, it may help reduce premiums.
No. A standard home inspection is not the same as a WDO inspection. If termite or wood-destroying organism concerns matter for your transaction, order a WDO inspection from a properly licensed provider.
Yes. HouseMaster provides pre-drywall, final new construction, and 11-month warranty inspections in Orlando and surrounding Central Florida communities.
Yes. We serve Orlando and surrounding Central Florida markets, including Lake Nona, Winter Garden, Horizon West, Dr. Phillips, Windermere, Kissimmee, Celebration, Clermont, Oviedo, Lake Mary, Sanford, and nearby communities.
Yes. Sewer scope inspections are available when access conditions allow. This can be especially valuable for older homes, homes with large trees, homes with prior drainage concerns, or properties where buyers want more information about the main drain line.
Yes. HouseMaster offers mold assessment and mold testing services. Mold-related inspections can help evaluate visible fungi, moisture conditions, and concerns that may need further evaluation or correction.
Yes. We provide pool inspections and pool leak detection services. A pool inspection provides an overall assessment of the pool equipment operation and visible pool-related conditions. Leak detection may provide a good indication if the pool is leaking or not.
When you need a home inspection in Orlando, choose a team that can help you understand the home, organize the findings, and move quickly during the inspection period.
Every Orlando area has different inspection concerns. A new construction home in Lake Nona or Winter Garden is different from an older home in Winter Park or College Park, a pool home in Dr. Phillips, or a vacation property near Kissimmee, Celebration, Davenport, or ChampionsGate.
That is why many Central Florida buyers need more than a standard home inspection. HouseMaster can help coordinate the right inspection package, including 4-point, wind mitigation, WDO, mold testing, sewer scope, pool inspection, infrared thermography, drone roof review, and new construction inspections.
We serve Orlando and surrounding communities, including Winter Garden, Horizon West, Dr. Phillips, Windermere, Lake Nona, Kissimmee, Celebration, Clermont, Winter Park, Oviedo, Waterford Lakes, Lake Mary, Sanford, The Villages, Leesburg, Mount Dora, Apopka, St. Cloud, Davenport, and ChampionsGate.
