I have been in the real estate business for 20 years and I can honestly say that I have finally found a reputable, respectable and trustworthy property inspection company... Special mention is deserved as per the patience and thoroughness of explaining the results on the spot before issuing his final report which by the way is done the same day. The office staff also understand the needs of the person requesting the inspection and they make sure everything runs smoothly. I’ve seen many and dealt with lots of inspection companies. None of them come even close to the level of satisfaction I experienced. Highly recommend it!

They are great. Very professional, very kind, very attentive. I had to reschedule my inspection literally last minute and they were extremely accommodating. They even reached out to me the week after to make sure I rescheduled and didn't forget. My home inspector, was 15 minutes early ready for the inspection at 9 am sharp. He performed a thorough inspection and delivered the report in a timely manner. Great job! Great company!

We used this team for our home buying inspection. Their communication was brilliant, with reminders and documentation in advance to help. On the day of inspection they arrived early, fully prepared, and set to work with a very thorough and professional approach. During the inspection they were polite and helpful, very respectful of the owners who walk around with them, plus respectful of the family. At the end of the inspection, they presented a thorough debrief with photos and recommendations, plus offered solutions where appropriate for future concerns to look out for. Later, a full report with multiple documents was provided which thoroughly explained everything (and more) for our needs. Overall a very good service and I would fully recommend them for others who want to know exactly what they face in a home.

If you need your house inspected, look no further. Cesar inspected my house before I purchased it. He did a thorough job and explained what I needed to do to fix house. He even came back two years later to help inspect some flooding issues I was having. He did NOT have to do that. I highly recommend him.
